Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, at the same address, using the same device, or sharing the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

PJ999 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals can be processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Security Notice: Submit all documents exclusively through PJ999's secure HTTPS verification portal. PJ999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including when a User requests a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required by the operator's AML policy. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes) strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. PJ999 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PJ999 support immediately. PJ999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, transfer or allow any other person to use your Account. Funds held in your Account may not be transferred to third parties.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative process as specified in the operator's current dormant account policy. You will be notified before any such action is taken, to the extent operationally practicable.
Deposits are credited to your Account in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) based on the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator's cashier and may change without prior notice. You are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a deposit.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, PJ999 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of balance or winnings, the correct server-side records shall be treated as authoritative.
PJ999 reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed after an event has concluded, where a manifest error in odds has occurred, or where the integrity of a market is in question. Stakes for voided bets will be returned to the User's Account.
All sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other live sports — are subject to the sportsbook's specific market rules. Where an Account is terminated for cause, PJ999 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to the User via a verified payment method.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting PJ999 support. Before closing your Account, ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that there are no active bonuses subject to terms that would be forfeited upon closure.
PJ999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
